Tiger Mama Intimates takes extreme care to ensure that all our goods are of a high quality and free from defects. However should you find a fault or defect in our items, we will help to resolve the issue.
We accept returns (repair, replace or refund) for faulty or damaged goods only.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We reserve the right to offer only repair as a remedy if the fault is minor.

All references to “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Tiger Mama Intimates which is owned and operated by Star Reach Pty Ltd, and whom owns this website www.tigermama.com.au (also referred to as “this website”, “our website” or “our online store”). For the purposes of this policy and our Terms and Conditions, returns is to mean all claims to a remedy (repair, replace or refund) on a Tiger Mama Intimates product purchased from our website.
What is Tiger Mama Intimates’ return policy?
Tiger Mama Intimates has a generous 30 day Returns & Exchanges Policy from the purchase date of your order. However, we reserve the right to reject return of goods that are not returned in accordance to this Returns & Exchange Policy.
- We can only accept returns on goods that are not of acceptable quality, faulty or damaged.
- We accept returns for size exchanges, but do not refund associated shipping costs on size exchanges.
- Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on all swimwear or briefs, unless the items are damaged or faulty.
- Items must be returned to us in its original condition, that is unworn, unsoiled, unwashed with garment labels and swing tags intact, with its Proof of Purchase.
- We only accept the abovementioned returns on items that were purchased from our website. If you have purchase your item from a boutique or other vendor, please contact them directly.
- We cannot accept returns if:
- you change your mind,
- you see the item sell for a lower price elsewhere,
- you bought the item from another supplier or boutique,
- you misuse the item for purposes it is not intended for, or
- the item was damaged after it has left our custody and is beyond our control.
- Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or returned.
- Free gifts cannot be repaired, replaced or refunded.
How do I return an item?
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Please complete our Online Form to register your return within 30 days of your order purchase date, and we will be in touch with you.
- Once we have approved your return request, simply return the items back to us. All items must be returned to us in its original condition, that is unworn, unsoiled, unwashed with garment labels and swing tags intact, with its Proof of Purchase.

How will you be refunded?
- Refunds are issued in the tender of the original purchase.
- If your item was purchased using a Gift Voucher and is to be refunded, we will credit your Gift Voucher in the refund amount.
How long with my return take to process?
- Once your return has been approved, we will endeavour to process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned item(s). Please note that repairs on items may take longer to perform.
- Replacement items will be of the same model and size, with the exception of size exchanges.
- If your requested replacement item has sold out by the time we receive your returned goods we will offer you another item as a replacement item, or offer you a refund.
I was given the item, does this Returns & Exchanges Policy apply to me?
If you were gifted the item and it was purchased from this website then this Returns Policy extends to you. Please note that if you do not have the original Tiger Mama Intimates receipt, please obtain and provide us with the receipt number and name of the purchaser so that we can process your return.
If the item is to be refunded. The refund will be issued to the purchaser of the original order.
Proof of Purchase
All returns must be accompanied by one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:
- Tiger Mama Intimates Tax Invoice or Receipt
- Financial Statement (e.g. bank account or credit card statement) showing the purchase
- A Tiger Mama Intimates receipt number and name of purchaser in instances where you were gifted the item.
Shipping Cost of Returns
- We will refund shipping costs, up to AUD $9, only on faulty or damaged goods that were shipped to Australian addresses.
- For returns of damaged or faulty items where the item is repaired or replaced, the cost to ship the repaired or exchanged item will be at no cost to you.
- For size exchange returns, the cost to return the item and ship the replacement item will be at your cost.
